We accept and Bill Insurances like; - MEDICARE - MEDICAID - MEDICAID CMO -AARP - BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELDS - VA - AETNA - KAISER - TRICARE Here at Fritz Orthotics & Prosthetics, we strive to make sure we provide a quality service and devices in timely manner. we verify your Insurance before going over financials with you. this is just always an estimate of what we think insurance will cover based on what we are able to see from your Policy. if there is a patient responsibility, you will need to pay 50% of your portion before we move forward with ordering or making your device. we will endeavor to collect the remaining balance of your financial responsibility at delivery or set up a payment plan if needed. we use an online service portal for verification and authorization and cannot always see and know everything you have access to. we encourage you to call your insurance to verify your coverage as much as possible, we will provide the billing codes for verification to accurately communicate and to avoid mishaps.
